About approval of the Regulations on procedure of the state supervision of compliance with law in the field of state registration of legal entities and physical persons - entrepreneurs

According to the Law of Ukraine "About state registration of legal entities and physical persons - entrepreneurs" and the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 26.04.2007 No. 667 "About approval of the Regulations on the State committee of Ukraine concerning regulatory policy and entrepreneurship", I ORDER:

1. Approve Regulations on procedure of the state supervision of compliance with law in the field of state registration of legal entities and physical persons - entrepreneurs which is applied.

2. Declare invalid the order of the State committee of Ukraine concerning regulatory policy and entrepreneurship of 18.04.2001 N 62 "About approval of the Regulations on control of observance of procedure for carrying out state registration of subjects of business activity by bodies of state registration", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 05.05.2001 for N 392/5583.

3. To submit to department of registration (Barbelyuk O. B.) this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 03.10.92 N 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies" (with changes and amendments).
