About formation of Arbitration Court of Turkmenistan

Creation of the stable legal atmosphere in society is the main direction of state and legal strategy of the first President of Turkmenistan Saparmurat Turkmenbasha. 1. Form Arbitration Court of Turkmenistan.

2. Determine that the cases referred to competence of the abolished Supreme Economic Court of Turkmenistan and velayatsky economic courts and which arrived for their consideration before adoption of this Law are subject to consideration on the first instance by Arbitration Court of Turkmenistan.

3. Decisions of Arbitration Court of Turkmenistan can be appealed in cassation and supervising procedure in the Supreme Court of Turkmenistan.

4. Assign to the Supreme Court of Turkmenistan implementation of judicial supervision behind hearing of cases in Arbitration Court of Turkmenistan.

5. Determine that until adoption of the legal acts regulating questions of arbitral proceeding, Arbitration Court of Turkmenistan by hearing of cases and the Supreme Court of Turkmenistan by consideration of arbitration cases in cassation and supervising procedure are guided by the Economic Procedure Code of Turkmenistan and the Code of civil procedure of Turkmenistan.
