About giving of the status of the basic organization of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States to the Russian Peoples' Friendship University in the field of information support of educational systems of the State Parties of the CIS

1. Give to the Russian Peoples' Friendship University the status of the basic organization of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States in the field of information support of educational systems of the State Parties of the CIS.
2. Approve Regulations on the basic organization of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States in the field of information support of educational systems of the State Parties of the CIS it (is applied).
3. This Decision becomes effective from signature date, and for the states which legislation requires accomplishment of the interstate procedures necessary for its entry into force, - from date of delivery on storage to depositary of the notification on accomplishment of the mentioned procedures.
It is made in the city of Moscow on November 25, 2005 in one authentic copy in Russian. The authentic copy is stored in Executive committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States which will send to each state which signed this Decision, its verified copy.
