About the Development program of the market of corporate securities of the Republic of Belarus for 2008-2010
The Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and National Bank of the Republic of Belarus DECIDE:
1. Approve the enclosed Development program of the market of corporate securities of the Republic of Belarus for 2008-2010 (further the Program).
2. To the Ministry of Finance:
bring the Program to interested;
provide coordination of actions on program implementations and control of its accomplishment;
annually till February 25 to represent to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and National Bank of the Republic of Belarus information on the course of accomplishment of the Program and if necessary - offers on introduction in it of changes and amendments.
3. To the republican state bodies and other state organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus:
provide at the scheduled time accomplishment of the actions provided by the Program;
annually till February 1 to represent to Department on securities of the Ministry of Finance information on the course of accomplishment of actions of the Program.
4. Assign to heads of the republican state bodies and other state organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus, enabling program implementation, the personal responsibility for its accomplishment on the Deputy prime minister of the Republic of Belarus supervising questions of the security market - control over the implementation of this resolution.
5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
