1. Approve the Procedure for passing of training in office of notary public or at the private notary and training of the trainee for notarial activities who is applied.

Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of 07.12.2006 No. 89/5 "About approval of the Procedure for passing of training by citizens of Ukraine in offices of notary public or at the notaries who are engaged in private notarial practice, the Procedure for holding qualification examination by persons who passed training in office of notary public or at the notary who is engaged in private notarial practice" (with changes), 07.12.2006 registered in Ministry of Justice for No. 1275/13149.

3. To department of notariate and registration of lawyer associations (N. V. Yashchenko):

3.1. Provide provision on state registration of this order according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 03.10.92 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies" (with changes).
