1. Approve the Instruction about order of interaction of the State inspection of communication, the Ukrainian state center of radio frequencies and law-enforcement bodies of Ukraine, concerning prevention, identification and the termination of violations of the law in industry of communication which is applied.
2. Charge to the chief of the State inspection of communication Krivenko S. I. in the procedure established by the legislation to submit this decision on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
