About restriction of joint service of relatives in state governing bodies
The joint service in state governing bodies of Turkmenistan of the faces consisting among themselves in close relationship or property (parents, spouses, brothers, sisters, sons, daughters, and also parents, brothers, sisters and children of spouses) is forbidden if their service is connected with direct subordination or submission to control of one of them to another, except occupation of elective offices.
The faces consisting in close relationship or property with heads of state governing bodies if their service is connected with direct subordination or submission to control, are subject to transfer into other work or to other area, or to dismissal from it.
Transfer of employees on signs of close relationship or property for other work in the same state governing body or in its divisions or to other area is allowed only from written consent of the employee.
Persons who are in public service contrary to requirements of this Law from the moment of its introduction in legal force in cases of refusal of transfer or in connection with impossibility to settle in the specialty are subject to dismissal from work on initiative of administration with dismissal wage payment in the amount of the three-months salary.
