Based on articles 9 and 11 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of May 10, 1999 "About pricing" and Item 26 of the actions plan on implementation of the instructions of the President of the Republic of Belarus given on May 5, 2006 at meeting with structure of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and in case of the address on May 23, 2006 with the annual Message to the Belarusian people and National assembly of the Republic of Belarus, the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of June 2, 2006 to No. 695, the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus, the Ministry of forestry of the Republic of Belarus, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus DECIDE:
1. Approve the minimum purchase prices on wild-growing plants and (or) their parts (mushrooms, berries, medicinal and technical vegetable raw materials) of harvest of 2008 according to appendix.
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
