About approval of the State program on protection of intellectual property for 2008-2010
Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Approve the enclosed State program on protection of intellectual property for 2008-2010 (further the State program).
2. The state customer of the State program to determine the State committee on science and technologies.
3. To the state committee on science and technologies:
bring the State program to interested;
provide coordination of activities of contractors for accomplishment of the State program;
annually till February 25 to provide information on the course of accomplishment of the State program in Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus.
4. Confer the personal responsibility for accomplishment of the State program on heads of the republican state bodies and other state organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus, being contractors of the relevant activities of the State program.
5. To impose control over the implementation of the State program on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Belarus.
