Regulations on reservation of lands for the state or municipal needs

The decision on reservation of lands for the state needs of the subject of the Russian Federation or municipal needs is accepted respectively by authorized executive body of the government of the subject of the Russian Federation or local government body.

3. The decision on reservation of lands is made in the cases specified in Article 70.1 of the Land code of the Russian Federation based on the following documents:

a) documentation on the layout of the territory;
