1. Approve the enclosed Rules on technical observation of converting of automobile and tractor engines in ship.
2. To committee of transport and means of communication of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Urazbekov M. Zh.) in the procedure established by the legislation to provide publication of this order in republican printing editions in the state and Russian languages.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-Minister of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kasymbek Zh. M.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of signing and is effective before adoption of the corresponding technical regulations according to the procedure with the established legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on technical regulation.
