1. General provisions

1.1. 1.2. These Methodical instructions determine procedure for conducting financial accounting in business entities in connection with transition to new standards of price.

1.3. These Methodical instructions extend on legal entities, irrespective of pattern of ownership and legal form, and also to the physical persons which are engaged in business activity without formation of legal entity.

2. Recalculation technique in connection with transition to new standards of price

2.1. The business entities specified in Item 1.3 of these Methodical instructions shall count till October 1, 2005 all wholesale and retail prices of goods, works, services, rates for servicing, and also allowances and discounts, including the prices and rates regulated by the state, accepting 1 new manat to 5.000 old manats and from this date till December 31, 2005 (inclusive) to specify the prices and rates on price labels and price lists, and also on advertizing at the same time in old and new manats.
