According to part 3 of Article 32 of Bases of the legislation of Ukraine on health care (in edition of the Law of Ukraine "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning enhancement of application of methods of prevention, diagnostics, treatment, rehabilitation and medicines and occupation traditional medicine (healing)" of May 17, 2007 N 1033-V) I ORDER:
1. Approve the Procedure for application of methods of psychological and psychotherapeutic impact which is applied.
2. To provide to development department of medical care of MZ of Ukraine (Zhdanov M. P.) in accordance with the established procedure state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. Repeal the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine from
26.10.2007 N 658 "About approval of the Procedure for application of methods of psychological and psychotherapeutic impact".
4. To impose control over the implementation of the order on the deputy minister Mytnik of Z.M.
