1. Establish rate of customs duty on import to Turkmenistan of silk-worm eggs of silkworm in the amount of 1 US dollar for 1 gram, except for the silk-worm eggs delivered by the companies of the Ministry of the textile industry of Turkmenistan.
2. Determine that for testing for availability of diseases and wreckers of silk-worm eggs of silkworm import by its physical persons and legal entities, irrespective of patterns of ownership, is performed in coordination with the Ministry of the textile industry of Turkmenistan.
