1. This Regulations on procedure for cession of property for its inclusion in structure of mutual investment fund (further - the Provision), establish procedure for cession of property in payment of investment shares of mutual investment fund (further - fund).
2. Transfer of documentary securities in payment of investment shares of fund is performed under the delivery-acceptance certificate of the specified securities signed by person transferring securities to payment of investment shares and managing company and if it is provided by the contract with specialized depositary - also specialized depositary.
Date of transfer of documentary securities is the date of their actual transfer specified in the delivery-acceptance certificate of such securities.
Date of transfer of bank entry securities is date of their transfer on the transit account of depot opened by managing company of fund in specialized depositary.
