For the purpose of development of the relations of effective cooperation between state bodies and mass media, increase in economic independence of mass media and professionalism of journalists, strengthenings of role of mass media in construction of civil society I decide:

1. Approve "The concept of the state support to development of mass media in the Azerbaijan Republic" it (is applied).

2. Charge Administration of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic:

2.1. to prepare and provide to three-months time to the President of the Azerbaijan Republic offers on creation of fund of support to development of mass media;

2.2. exercise control over the implementation of the provisions "Concepts of the State Support to Development of Mass Media in the Azerbaijan Republic" and to regularly inform on it the President of the Azerbaijan Republic.

3. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic to resolve the issues following from this Order.

4. This Order becomes effective from the date of publication.
