1. Approve the enclosed Provision on calculation of product cost (works, services) at the companies and in the organizations of the Republic of Tajikistan and to enact it since July 1st, 1999.

2. To the ministries and departments of the Republic of Tajikistan:

approve in coordination with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan industry provisions on calculation of product cost (works, services) at the companies and in the organizations;

bring departmental regulations into accord with this resolution.

3. To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan to approve the regulations and standard rates following from approved by this resolution Provision on calculation of product cost (works, services) at the companies and in the organizations of the Republic of Tajikistan.

4. Declare invalid the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Tajikistan of April 26, 1994 No. 193 "About approval of the Regulations on structure of costs on production and sales of products (works, services) included in product cost (works, services) and about procedure for forming of the financial results considered in case of the taxation arrived at the companies of the Republic of Tajikistan".
