According to article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 5, 2008 "About traffic", the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 15, 2004 No. 1146 "About delegation to the Ministry of Transport and Communications of powers on acceptance of regulatory legal act" and the Regulations on the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 31, 2006 No. 985 "Questions of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus", the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve the enclosed Instruction about procedure for movement of heavyweight and (or) large-size vehicles on highways public of the Republic of Belarus and issue of special permissions to their driving through highways public of the Republic of Belarus.

2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
