1. Delegate to territorial authorities of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation of natural monopolies on areas and the cities of Astana and Almaty of function on licensing and licensed control of types and subspecies of activities according to appendix to this order.
2. To territorial authorities of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation of natural monopolies on areas and the cities of Astana and Almaty within the conferred powers to exercise licensing and licensed control of the types and subspecies of activities performed in borders of one area, the cities of Astana, Almaty, according to the procedure, by the established legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on licensing according to appendix to this order.
3. Assign:
1) on the first heads of territorial authorities of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation of natural monopolies, and in case of their absence on persons their replacement, right to sign of licenses;
2) on the first heads of territorial authorities of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation of natural monopolies the personal responsibility for proper execution of the functions delegated by this order.
4. To department of administrative work of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation of natural monopolies (Esirkepov E. O.):
1) to provide publication of this order in mass media and to post Agencies of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation of natural monopolies on the official website;
