1. This Provision establishes the structure and amount of engineering researches necessary for delimitation of zones of the planned placement of capital construction projects of federal importance as a part of drafts of schemes of territorial planning of the Russian Federation.
2. The engineering researches which are carried out for preparation of drafts of schemes of territorial planning of the Russian Federation shall be carried out in the amount providing zones, necessary for delimitation, of the planned placement of capital construction projects of federal importance of materials about environment of the territory in which construction of facilities of capital construction, and factors of technogenic impact is planned for the environment, about the forecast of their change.
