In pursuance of the Protocol of the first meeting of the Working group under the chairmanship of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan Esimov A. S. of January 11, 2008 we ORDER to No. 1 on monitoring and non-admission of increase in prices for main types of food products:
1. Approve the Technique of conducting monitoring of the prices of main types of food products and widely used fuels and lubricants in the regional centers of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the cities of Astana and Almaty.
2. To provide to Kazagromarketing joint-stock company (under approval) weekly conducting monitoring of the prices of the main food products, widely used fuels and lubricants and provision of information in the Ministry of the industry and trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. To the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan to bring this order to the attention of Kazagromarketing joint-stock company.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on Committee of trade of the Ministry of the industry and trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
5. This order becomes effective from the date of signing.
