1. To the ministries, departments, the companies and the organizations, Chairmen of the Gornobadakhshansky Autonomous region, areas, cities and areas of the republic to make revaluation of property, plant and equipment (funds) as of October 1, 1998.

To make revaluation of property, plant and equipment (funds) based on book replacement cost using the raising coefficients entered new according to appendix No. 1.

To establish coefficient of revaluation of the invaluable and fast-wearing-out objects acquired till January 1, 1997 - 2.

2. Approve the enclosed Procedure for carrying out revaluation of property, plant and equipment (funds), the invaluable and fast-wearing-out objects.

3. To provide to the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan the methodical and practical help to the companies and organizations in carrying out revaluation of property, plant and equipment (funds) and reflection of its results in accounting and static reports under balance for January 1, 1999.

4. To the state committee of the Republic of Tajikistan on management of state-owned property in case of determination of size of the starting (starting) price of subjects to privatization and packets of the share of joint-stock companies, both republican, and utility property to consider conversion factors of change of price index as of October 1, 1998 and to bring into accord with them departmental regulating documents on privatization.
