About approval of the Procedure for the organization of examination of temporary disability

According to part one of article 69 of the Law of Ukraine of "Basis of the legislation of Ukraine about health care" and for the purpose of the organization of examination of temporary disability in some cases I ORDER:

1. Approve the Procedure for the organization of examination of temporary disability which is applied.

2. To heads of healthcare institutions, irrespective of pattern of ownership, and to physical persons entrepreneurs who obtained the license for implementation of economic activity on medical practice:

1) in case of determination of temporary disability to apply the Procedure for the organization of examination of temporary disability approved by this order;

2) to provide strict accomplishment of the Procedure for the organization of examination of temporary disability approved by this order in case of its application.

3. To the population to provide to development department of medical care state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine according to the procedure determined by the current legislation of Ukraine.

4. Consider such which is not applied in the territory of Ukraine, "Regulations on examination of temporary disability in treatment and prevention facilities (including in clinics of the highest medical educational institutions, institutes of enhancement of doctors and research institutions)", the USSR approved by the Ministry of Health on July 14, 1975 and approved with the All-Union Central Council of Trade Unions on August 8, 1975.

5. To impose control over the implementation of the order on the deputy minister Mitnik Z. G.
