1. Approve Industrial safety rules for workers of karyeroupravleniye (further - Rules) (are applied).
2. With entry into force of the order to consider not applied in the territory of Ukraine "The safety regulation and production sanitation in case of performance of works at the crushed-stone plants", approved by the Ministry of Railways of the USSR 02.08.74.
3. To the sector of the organization of the state supervision of industrial safety and labor protection in mechanical engineering, on transport and in communication (Buryak P. I.) provide this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
4. To management of normative and legal and legal providing (Prokhorov V. V.) to take measures for entering of Rules into the State register of regulatory legal acts concerning labor protection and to post this order on the website of Gosgorpromnadzor.
5. To the assistant department head of personnel, clerical work and special work Kravtsu V. Yu. provide publication of the order in mass media.
6. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the vice-chairman of Committee Dolmatov O. I.

1.1. These Rules extend to the companies occupied with development of nonmetallic minerals by open method which are subordinated to Public administration of rail transport of Ukraine (further - karyeroupravleniya).
1.2. Rules establish requirements of labor protection during content of the territory, constructions, rooms and workplaces of karyeroupravleniye, and also during operation, servicing of processing equipment and accomplishment of separate work types.
1.3. In each karyeroupravleniye shall be developed according to the Regulations on development of instructions for labor protection approved by the order of Committee on supervision of labor protection of the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy of Ukraine of 29.01.98 of N 9, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 07.04.98 for N 226/2666, instructions for labor protection existing at the company taking into account requirements of these Rules.
1.4. During execution of mining operations it is necessary to be guided by the Safety rules in case of development of mineral deposits by open method approved by the order of the State committee of Ukraine on supervision of labor protection of 31.05.94 N 54 (NPAOT 0.00-1.33-94), and Single safety rules during the explosive works approved by Gosgortekhnadzor of the USSR 25.03.92 (NPAOT 0.00-1.17-92).
1.5. Training and examination concerning labor protection of workers of karyeroupravleniye are carried out according to the Standard regulations on procedure for carrying out training and examination concerning labor protection approved by the order of the State committee of Ukraine on supervision of labor protection of 26.01.2005 of N 15, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 15.02.2005 for N 231/10511 (NPAOP 0.00-4.12-05), and concerning fire safety - according to the List of positions, in case of appointment to which faces N 368, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 11.12.2003 for N 1147/8468 shall undergo training and examination concerning fire safety, and the procedure for their organization approved by the order of the Ministry of Ukraine concerning emergency situations and for protection of the population against effects of the Chernobyl catastrophic crash of 29.09.2003 (NAPB B.06.001-2003), and Standard regulations on instructing, special training and examination concerning fire safety at the companies, in organizations and the organizations of Ukraine, the approved order of the Ministry of Ukraine concerning emergency situations and for protection of the population against effects of the Chernobyl catastrophic crash of 29.09.2003 N 368, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 11.12.2003 for N 1148/8469 (NAPB B.02.005-2003).
It is not allowed to allow to work of workers who did not undergo training and examination concerning labor protection and fire safety.
1.6. Preliminary (during employment) and periodic (during labor activity) medical examinations of workers are performed at the scheduled time according to the Procedure for performing medical examinations of workers of certain categories approved by the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of 21.05.2007 of N 246, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 23.07.2007 for N 846/14113.
1.7. All workers of karyeroupravleniye are provided with free of charge special clothes, special footwear and other individual protection equipment according to the Regulations of free issue of special clothes, special footwear and other individual protection equipment to workers of rail transport of Ukraine approved by the order of the State committee of Ukraine on supervision of labor protection of 21.01.2004 of N 12, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 06.02.2004 for N 169/8768 (NPAOP 60.1-3.01-04), and Standard industry regulations of free issue of overalls, special footwear and other individual protection equipment to workers and the employee of mining and metallurgical industry and metallurgical productions of other industries approved by the resolution of the State committee of the USSR on work and the All-Union Central Council of Trade Unions of 01.08.79 N 344/P-7, with the changes approved by Goskomtrud's resolution of the USSR and the All-Union Central Council of Trade Unions of 21.08.85 N 289/P-8.
1.8. The organization of investigation and accounting of accidents, occupational diseases and accidents on production is carried out according to the Procedure for investigation and accounting of accidents, occupational diseases and accidents on production approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 25.08.2004 N 1112.
