1. Approve the Procedure for renewal and issue of duplicates of special permissions to use of natural resources in 2008 which is applied.
2. (Mormul D. D.) to provide to the public geological service provision of this order on state registration in Ministry of Justice.
3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Minister Chornokur I. G.

1.1. Special permissions to use of natural resources (daleerazresheniye) are renewed in cases, stipulated in Item 16 Procedures for the provision in 2008 of special permissions to use of natural resources approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 27, 2008 N 273 (further - the Procedure).
1.2. The decision on renewal of permission is made by Ministry for Protection of the Environment and Natural Resources.
1.3. For renewal of permission the subject of housekeeping (further - the applicant) submits to Ministry for Protection of the Environment and Natural Resources the application for renewal of permission together with permission which is subject to renewal:
a) in the cases determined by the paragraph the second Procedure Item 16 are enclosed to the application:
