Determine that the legal entities and individual entrepreneurs performing retail trade provide in case of the layout and placement of goods in trade floors of shops and other shopping facilities the most profitable and foregrounds for buyers under the calculation of goods within the recommended inventory determined by the resolution of the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Belarus of January 15, 2009 No. 4 "About assortment inventories".
When implementing retail trade the calculation of goods, and also other transactions within trade engineering procedure cannot be considered in service quality to suppliers of goods and (or) the third parties.
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
