1. Since 31.12.2009 for needs on interconnection between public network of the fixed telephone communication of JSC Moldtelecom with public networks and services of the fixed voice telephone communication of other suppliers of public services of voice telephony the SS7 alarm system or other more advanced system of the alarm system approved by the parties will be used.
2. Resolve till 31.12.2009 use of the DSS1 alarm system for increase in capacities of voice channels in interconnection Items where interconnection of the networks and services specified in the item 1, before entry into force of this resolution will be performed.
3. In interconnection Items where interconnection after entry into force of this resolution will be performed, for needs on interconnection of the networks and services specified in the item 1, to use the SS7 alarm system or other more advanced system of the alarm system approved by the parties.
4. Transition from the R1.5 and DSS1 alarm system to SS7 or other more advanced system of the alarm system approved by the parties according to this resolution is not condition for change of the Items of interconnection established in the signed agreements on interconnection.
