Lands of the state forest fund the lands covered with the wood (except lands of especially protected natural territories), and also not covered with the wood, but intended for needs of forestry are recognized.
As a part of lands of the state forest fund are allocated:
- the forest lands covered with forest wood and shrubby vegetation, and also not covered with forest wood and shrubby vegetation, but intended for reforestation;
- not forest lands (glades, roads, fire-proof gaps, haymakings and others).
