Declare invalid the resolution of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus of January 21, 2004 No. 4 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for reference of automobile carriers to the organizations of road transport public" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2004, No. 57, 8/10772).
3. This resolution becomes effective since July 1, 2008.
