1. Approve enclosed:

1) import bans to the Republic of Kazakhstan and export from the Republic of Kazakhstan of goods and vehicles;

2) the inventory, prohibited to the room under customs regime of customs warehouse;

3) the inventory, prohibited to the room under customs regime of duty-free shop;

4) the inventory, the goods prohibited to the room under customs regime of conversion on customs area;

5) the inventory, the goods for free circulation prohibited to the room under customs regime of conversion;

6) the inventory, the goods prohibited to the room under customs regime of conversion out of customs area;

6-1) inventory, prohibited to the room under customs regime of commodity export;

6-2) inventory, the goods prohibited to the room under customs regime of re-export;

7) separate prohibitions and restrictions for carrying out transactions with goods in free warehouses;

8) restrictions for separate transactions on conversion of goods out of customs area.

1-1. Prohibit export from the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the forest products, timber and separate products from wood made by the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendices according to customs regimes of conversion of goods on customs area, commodity export and re-export of goods separate modes of transport, except for re-export of goods water transport with the subsequent loading on rail transport.

2. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix.
