About health protection and labor safety

In this law the following concepts are used:
the employer - any physical person or legal entity which is in employment relationships with the worker and responsible for the relevant company;
the working equipment - any the machine, the device, the tool or installation used on workplace;
individual remedy - any means intended for carrying or continence by the worker for the purpose of its protection against one or several risks which can endanger his health and work place safety, and also any additional tool or accessory designed for this purpose;
workplace - the place intended for the organization and implementation of different types of activities and also for placement of working posts in the buildings, structures closed or open rooms, on the parcels of land, on water objects of the company and any other place in or outside of the company to which the worker has access to time and for accomplishment of the labor tasks, including places for remote work;
the worker - any person hired according to the law by the employer including trainees and pupils;
the appointed worker - any worker appointed the employer for performance of work connected with protection and the prevention of professional risks at the company;
the production circle - set of physical, chemical, biological and psychosocial conditions in which the worker performs the activities;
