In pursuance of Item 2 of the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 19, 2007 "About creation of the information and telecommunication Finance system" and for the purpose of the organization of exchange of financial and economic data between users of the information and telecommunication Finance system I ORDER to N 752-p:

1. Approve the Procedure for exchange of financial and economic data in the information and telecommunication Finance system which is applied.

2. To department of information and analytical providing (Sidorovich Ya. M.) provide provision in accordance with the established procedure of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. I reserve control over the implementation of this order.

Procedure for exchange of financial and economic data in the information and telecommunication Finance system

This Procedure N 752-p "About creation of the information and telecommunication Finance system" is developed in pursuance of Item 2 of the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 19, 2007.

Section I. General provisions

1. This Procedure determines the main organizational bases of exchange of financial and economic data between users of the information and telecommunication Finance system (further - System) and the relations of users of System.

2. In this Procedure terms are used in such value:
