1. Approve the enclosed Instruction for issue of permission to combustion of associated and natural gas.
2. Declare invalid the order of the Chairman of Committee of geology and protection of subsoil of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 27, 2004 No. 115-P "About approval of the Instruction for issue of permission to combustion of associated and natural gas" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan for No. 3040, published in the information and legal Bulletin, 2004, No. 11, of p. 1-19).
3. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days from the date of the first official publication.
