About approval of form of the electronic passenger ticket and luggage receipt in civil aviation
Based on article 97 of the Air code of the Republic of Belarus and the Regulations on the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 31, 2006 No. 985 "Questions of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus", the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Approve the enclosed form of the electronic passenger ticket and luggage receipt (further - the electronic ticket) in civil aviation.
2. Determine that:
2.1. the electronic ticket is the method of documentation of sale of transportation and control of transportation which is not requiring execution of the paper document. All actions connected with transportation are made in the computer file document records and stored in it;
2.2. the electronic ticket is the document certifying the transportation agreement of the passenger and baggage in which information on airborne transportation of the passenger and baggage is provided in electronic and digital form;
2.3. in case of execution of the electronic ticket in computer reservations system the unique document number on which accounting and control of use of this electronic ticket is exercised is automatically assigned to the ticket;
2.4. the electronic ticket is used in the same way, as well as the ticket which is drawn up on the paper form, but the electronic ticket is not the form of the strict reporting;
