1. Determine that certificates of the right to the privileges issued to persons, unreasonably repressed during the 20-80th years and afterwards rehabilitated, since August 1, 2008 are issued in form according to appendix.
2. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Social Welfare of the Republic of Belarus of January 26, 1993 No. 8 "About ensuring accomplishment of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 24, 1992 with No. 775".
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
