Declare invalid the resolution of the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus of October 30, 2002 No. 97 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for forming of data on the income of the physical persons represented by the legal entities and individual entrepreneurs making payments of the income to tax authorities on magnetic carriers" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2002, No. 128, 8/8741).
