1. This Provision developed according to the Federal Law "About the State Immovable Property Cadastre" determines features of information exchange when maintaining the State Immovable Property Cadastre (further - information exchange).
2. In the course of information exchange documents are submitted in electronic form (in the form of electronic images of documents or electronic statements) with use of communication networks public. In the absence of such communication networks documents can be submitted on electronic media.
Submission of documents on papers is allowed before establishment by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation of requirements to format of these documents in electronic form.
