1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on warranty period of operation of difficult technique and the equipment.
2. Recognize to invalid:
the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 8, 1995 No. 617 "About warranty period of operation of difficult technique and the equipment" (Collection of presidential decrees and resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus, 1995, No. 31, the Art. 778);
the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 27, 1998 No. 485 "About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 8, 1995 No. 617" (Collection of decrees, presidential decrees and orders of the Government of the Republic of Belarus, 1998, No. 9, the Art. 247).
3. This resolution becomes effective in ten days after its official publication.
