- licensing of transportations of passengers and loads by road transport in the territory of the city of Bishkek;

- control of observance of the transport legislation by the physical persons and legal entities performing transport activities in the territory of the city of Bishkek.

2. To the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic:
