1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on safety of traffic when implementing transportations of passengers and loads by vehicles.

2. To the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic in two-month time together with the interested ministries, the state committees, administrative departments and other executive bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic in accordance with the established procedure to develop and approve:

- The instruction about procedure for transportation of children by road transport;

- The instruction about procedure for acceptance of drivers for work;

- The instruction about operating procedure of drivers;

- Instructions for safety of traffic in case of construction, reconstruction and repair of highways;

- Instructions for check and ensuring compliance of drivers to conditions and types of transport;

- The curriculum and the program of annual occupations with the drivers transporting passengers and loads;

- The instruction about procedure for transportation of goods by road transport.

3. To the ministries, the state committees, administrative departments and other executive bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic in two-month time to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.
