1. Approve the enclosed Rules of forming and realization of federal targeted investment program.

2. Determine that in 2008:

a) federal targeted investment program is created based on data on capital construction projects, financing of construction (reconstruction, modernization) which will be performed (to continue) after January 1, 2009, provided in the following documents:

the list of buildings and objects for the federal state needs for 2008 financed by budgetary appropriations on implementation of budget investments in capital construction projects of state-owned property of the Russian Federation, and the list of buildings and objects for the federal state needs for 2009 - 2010 financed by budgetary appropriations on implementation of budget investments in capital construction projects of state-owned property of the Russian Federation (further - lists);

the state defense order for 2008 and for planning period of 2009 - 2010 (further - the state defense order);
