About the Program of cooperation of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States in fight against terrorism and other violent manifestations of extremism for 2008-2010
Council of heads of states of the Commonwealth of Independent States solved:
1. Approve the Program of cooperation of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States in fight against terrorism and other violent manifestations of extremism for 2008-2010.
2. Financing of joint actions of the specified Program is performed by the interested State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States by agreement within the financial resources which are annually provided in national budgets to the competent ministries and departments on accomplishment of their functions.
3. This Decision becomes effective from the date of its signing, and for the states which legislation requires implementation of the interstate procedures necessary for its entry into force, - from the date of receipt by depositary of the notification on accomplishment of the specified procedures.
It is made in the city of Dushanbe on October 5, 2007 in one authentic copy in Russian. The authentic copy is stored in Executive committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States which will send to each state which signed this Decision, its verified copy.
