For the purpose of improvement of material wealth and further strengthening of social protection of the population in the Azerbaijan Republic I decide:
1. Since September 1, 2008 to raise the amount of the minimum monthly salary for 25 percent, having established it in the amount of 75 manats.
2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic to resolve the issues following from this Order.
