About increase in basic part of work pensions
According to article 10.1 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About work pensions" and for the purpose of strengthening of social protection of pensioners I decide:
1. Since September 1, 2008 to raise the amount of basic part of work retirement pension for 25 percent, having established it in the amount of 75 manats.
2. Charge to the State Social Security Fund of the Azerbaijan Republic to raise in the cases established by the legislation according to Item 1 of this Order the amount of monthly pension by all types of work pensions, including allowances to basic part of work pensions of National heroes of Azerbaijan and members of families of shekhid, disabled people and other persons and to provide its recalculation.
3. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic to resolve the issues following from this Order.
