About monitoring and assessment of realization of medium-term strategy of reducing poverty in the Republic of Tajikistan
According to Item 34 of Chapter 8 of Strategy of reducing poverty in the Republic of Tajikistan for 2007-2009 approved by the resolution of Majlisi namoyandagon of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan of June 28, 2007 No. 704, and for the purpose of implementation of monitoring of realization and assessment of effectiveness of accomplishment of medium-term strategy of reducing poverty, the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:
1. Approve the enclosed Rules of carrying out monitoring and assessment of realization of medium-term strategy of reducing poverty in the Republic of Tajikistan.
2. Determine the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan the state authorized body of the executive authority responsible for the organization and carrying out monitoring and assessment of realization of medium-term strategy of reducing poverty.
3. To the chairmen of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, areas, cities and areas interested to the ministries and departments of the Republic of Tajikistan to create special structural divisions (management, department, the sector) of monitoring of medium-term strategy of reducing poverty within the existing structure and the number of staff, to determine the leading officials responsible for monitoring and assessment of realization medium-term the strategy of reducing poverty.
4. To the Ministry of economic development and trade of the Republic of Tajikistan in coordination with the interested ministries and departments to develop and bring methodical recommendations about carrying out monitoring and assessment of the medium-term strategy of reducing poverty provided by these approved Rules to contractors.
