About the announcement of the moratorium on all types of checks of subjects of small and medium entrepreneurship

For the purpose of support and further development of small and medium entrepreneurship and creating favorable conditions for investment attraction according to article 69 of the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan I decide:

1. On all types of checks of subjects of small and medium entrepreneurship in the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan to impose moratorium for a period of two years from the moment of official publication of this Decree.

2. Determine that the moratorium is not applied concerning the inspections which are carried out according to the legislation on the brought criminal cases.

3. To the authorized checking state bodies and executive bodies of the government of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, the city of Dushanbe, areas, cities and areas to take measures for accomplishment of this Decree.

4. To the government of the Republic of Tajikistan in three-months time to bring into accord with this Decree the regulatory legal acts;

develop projects of the corresponding regulatory legal acts following from this Decree and submit Majlisi namoyandagon of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan for consideration.
