1. Permit Turkmengaz State concern to sign with consortium of the companies "PALL GmbH" (Germany), "Sulzer Ghemtech" (Switzerland) and "Enex Process Engineering" (Belgium) the contract for designing and "turnkey" construction of installation on drying of natural gas at compressor station worth 23143 thousand dollars Deryalyk of the USA, having established construction term 1 year (June, 2002 - May, 2003).
2. Financing of works on designing and asset construction, this resolution specified in Item 1 to perform at the expense of means of the State fund of development of the oil and gas industry and mineral resources of Turkmenistan by opening irrevocable, transferabelny, dividend, the confirmed letter of credit in the amount of 50 percent from the cost of the contract, and also payment by direct payment of 30 percent of cost of the contract after approval of acceptance acts of the equipment and the executed amounts of works and 20 percent of cost after confirmation of warranty indicators of work of installation.
3. Allocate to the State trade corporation "Turkmenneftegaz" of quota of crude oil and oil products in the amounts necessary for financing of the asset construction specified in Item 1 of this resolution, in the amount of 23143 thousand dollars of the USA.
