1. Determine that release in free circulation and realization in the territory of Turkmenistan of jewelry from precious metals with use or without use of gemstones is made only after their certification (probirovaniye) in the State assay chamber of the Central bank of Turkmenistan.

2. To provide to the state customs of Turkmenistan control of transfer of the imported jewelry (except imported by the Central bank of Turkmenistan) specified in Item 1 of this resolution for certification (probirovaniye).

3. Hyakimlikam of the cities and etraps to allocate the special equipped places for realization of jewelry from precious metals with use or without use of gemstones.

4. To Central Bank of Turkmenistan:

together with law enforcement agencies it is regular to carry out explanatory work among the entrepreneurs enabling the realization of jewelry from precious metals with use or without use of gemstones about need of their certification (probirovaniye);

provide certification (probirovaniye) through the State assay chamber of jewelry from precious metals with use or without use of the gemstones which are in circulation in the territory of Turkmenistan.

5. Make changes to the following acts of the President of Turkmenistan:

in the paragraph the second Item 6 of the Regulations on the State fund of precious metals and gemstones of Turkmenistan approved by the resolution of the President of Turkmenistan of April 18, 2000 No. 4643, of the word "import and" to exclude;

No. 2258 to declare Item 1 of the order of the President of Turkmenistan of September 19, 2000 invalid.
