According to part one of article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "About innovative activities" and the subitem 24 of item 4 of the Regulations on the State agency of Ukraine on investments and innovations approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 16, 2007 N 749, I ORDER:
1. Approve Regulations on the organization of advanced training of specialists in the field of investments and innovative activities which is applied.
2. To department of personnel work (Tarasenko L. M.) with the assistance of Department of innovative development (Himenko O. A.) and Managements of investing programs and projects (Rybitsky V. B.):
develop and give in accordance with the established procedure on approval criteria by which non-state educational institutions based on which advanced training of specialists in the field of investments and innovative activities will be carried out will be selected;
provide publication in mass media and on the official website of the State agency of Ukraine on investments and innovations of the message on carrying out selection of non-state educational institutions based on which advanced training of specialists in the field of investments and innovative activities, and criteria of such selection will be carried out;
according to the approved criteria to provide selection of non-state educational institutions based on which advanced training of specialists in the field of investments and innovative activities, and the conclusion with them the relevant agreements will be carried out.
3. I reserve control over the implementation of this order.
