aiming at ensuring achievement of the level of training of personnel for law enforcement, fire-proof, rescue agencies and special services of the Parties meeting the requirements facing multilateral forces of system of collective security

agreed as follows:

Article 1

The stated below terms used in this agreement mean:

"educational institutions" - educational institutions of the highest, average and additional professional, including postgraduate education in which training for law enforcement, fire-proof, rescue agencies and special services of the Parties is performed;

"training" - training of specialists according to programs of the higher and secondary professional education, retraining and advanced training of specialists in programs of additional professional education, and also preparation scientific and research and educational personnel according to programs of postgraduate professional education;

"law enforcement, fire-proof, rescue agencies and special services" - specially authorized bodies of state members of the Organization which main (special) functions are law enforcement, the state (national) security, law and order, fight against crime, including with drug trafficking and other offenses, and also implementation of intelligence, counterintelligence activities and other special functions for the purpose of ensuring national security;
